  • Sarah Little, Founder & Editor in Chief

    Over the past decade, Sarah has lived in and traveled to more than 40 countries across five continents, listening to women and girls share their realities—their hopes, dreams, and biggest challenges. These conversations became the foundation of More to Her Story (MTHS).

    Alongside her work at MTHS, Sarah contributes to international publications, reporting on the lives of women and girls. She also hosts More to Her Story: The Podcast, which features in-depth conversations with journalists, experts, and trailblazers and is ranked among the top 10% of global podcasts.

    Sarah is a Women for Women International Champion and the youngest fellow at Babson College’s Institute for Social Innovation. She holds a Master’s in International Journalism from City, University of London and was named to the 2025 Forbes 30 Under 30 List in Media.

  • Kelly Kimball, Managing Editor

    An award-winning journalist and audience strategist based in New York City, Kelly focuses on making complex global issues accessible for a new generation of readers.

    Before joining MTHS, Kelly served as the sole social media editor at Foreign Policy, where she helped shape the magazine’s digital voice. She also served as Managing Editor at Frame Media, curating The Detour, a widely-read weekly newsletter focused on U.S. and global affairs. Her work has earned industry recognition, including a Webby Award.

    Kelly holds a Master’s in Digital Journalism from American University and brings a sharp editorial lens to the evolving landscape of global storytelling—with a focus on advancing women’s rights.

  • Asra Nomani, Senior Editor

    A former Wall Street Journal correspondent, Asra has written for The Washington Post, The New York Times, and TIME, and has served as a visiting professor in journalism at Georgetown University. Her reporting has taken her around the world—from post-9/11 Pakistan to U.S. classrooms—shining a light on the intersections of politics, religion, and gender.

    Asra is also the founder of the “Muslim Women’s Freedom Tour” and led the first public woman-led Muslim prayer in the U.S., an event that marked a turning point in Islamic reform movements. She was a visiting scholar at Brandeis University’s Center for Investigative Journalism and a Poynter Fellow at Yale.

    At More to Her Story, Asra brings a fierce commitment to editorial integrity and a global perspective on the stories that matter most to women and girls.
